Trevor was very nice and professional, my dogs even liked him. Explained everything and also told me what to look for. I would definitely recommend SolarOne to anyone needing solar services.

Trevor had my Powerwall paired to my phone in seconds. He was very efficient and arrived on time.

SolarOne was great to work with. Very nice and helpful.

Only been in this house a few months and the solar system came with it. Always good to get another pair of eyes up there to see what’s going on and clean it up. Technician was outstanding explained what he was going to do and what he saw. Pretty happy about that. I’m glad I signed up for the maintenance plan. Rather be safe than sorry.

Solar One was very responsive to my solar system repair, and fixed it the same day they came out. I will always refer them to anyone that needs a solar system

Good crew installed Tesla power wall. Clean install, nice.

Solar One is a great company to work with. When I had my solar panels installed 5 yrs ago, they did not recommend a battery at that time. They said that the technology was not there yet. So, when they recommended the Tesla 3 battery, I trusted them. Came off without a problem.

Great crew, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks. Solar System was removed and a few days later ,after roof work, replaced with great results. Great crew.

Johnny was right on time, worked his tail off for 2 days, and was smart, careful, clean, and pleasant! Will certainly have him and Solar One return for ongoing maintenance!

Great crew. Fast, friendly, on time. Exceeded
my expectations by far!

Trevor came out to fix an issue we had with our bird netting. With a smile on his face and showing care and concern for our problem. He addressed it, fixed the immediate situation and gave us a solution moving forward. Thank you Solar One for your professionalism and courteous nature.

Solar One was referred to me by my brother, and the Personnel are top notch, efficient, likable, and trustworthy. I purchased my system with the Tesla back-up battery for power outages. My payments per month are locked in, and less than my electric bill, which has only risen by leaps and bounds over the past year, and, I believe that trend will continue.
I'm so glad I made the call to Solar One. The process of permits, etc...is all handled by them with easy e-sign documents.
I was so done with the electric company and constantly rising rates.
I highly recommend Solar One!
Now is the time! Thanks Team!

Both technicians that installed the new inverter are personable and did a good job of figuring out how to best change over the inverter system from an older system. I have already recommended Solar One to several people.

On time, great service and kind advice along the way. We are new to solar panels…love them, but a bit of a learning curve on managing the ins and outs of an inherited lease. Solar One was recommended by R&M Roofing - great recommendation!

Love them good guy’s thanks finished fast good job done Quality work

Very happy with our solar panel cleaning today. Jonny was very professional and showed us how dirty our panels were before he cleaned them!

Very helpful with adding my new solar panels, and responsive with getting my internet changed. Then answered a bunch of new questions I came up with.

The technician Trevor did an excellent job in explaining all of the details of our solar panels and also explaining the new batteries that are hitting the market where we can basically run our house for days if not up to two weeks if the power goes out! Very helpful and informative!

Great service from Solar One. They got us on the schedule right away. Trevor the tech was courteous and competent, diagnosed our problem and got us back online. Highly recommend.

Installation crew was punctual, courteous, and friendly. Job was done efficiently and with high quality. No disruption to the grounds or house. Clean up was thorough. In fact, the only sign that the crew was here were some footprints in the gravel and a roof full of shiny, new solar panels!

Solar One did a professional job adding 8 panels and a Tesla power wall to my existing system. Now I will be getting a credit instead of still having a cost most months!

We wanted to put solar on our new home. I looked at many different solar companies, but SolarOne stood out above all the others. Austin was very knowledgeable and explained everything about the size of system that we would need. Dani and Stephany were very helpful with coordinating the installation schedule and setting our system up with APS. The whole system looks and works great!

I called Solar One for help when my solar went down. I have owned the home 2 years and had no idea who to call. The woman in the office was very helpful and friendly and I signed up for their monthly maintenance program.
Trevor came today to assess the problem. He was also very friendly... and knowledgeable. After 30 minutes he had me up and running again.
Now I am comfortable knowing I have a good team available for a system I know nothing about.
Thanks!

A couple small glitches, but overall all was good. Out of a rating 1 to 10 they rate a 9.375. Happy here. APS is a bit slow.

Trevor arrived early, explained the situation and gave us good options after checking the panels. Great experience and would highly recommend Solar One.

SolarOne has been great to work with. Very transparent with cost, warranty, etc. They have been very responsive to all my communication and have great customer service. The whole installation process and planning did take a while due partially to a busy end of year for them but I would say it was worth the wait. Probably took about 4 months from the initial phone call to turning on the power. Some of that was outside of their control such as HOA approval and APS approval. Great team and I would highly recommend them.

Trevor came and looked at my inventory and found everything was working fine. He was very professional and friendly. Thank you so much for his professional service.

So many great things to say about our local Solar one! From the first call for scheduling to meeting the tech onsite, Trevor. Very professional service and documentation. I’m a local realtor and I’ve worked with many different companies. Solar one is 5 stars!!

Solar One persisted on a difficult problem diagnosis for months and stood by correcting the issue when a panel manufacturer failed to uphold their warranty.

The team at Solar One was professional, and efficient. They care about their customers and take care of them.

I have found SolarOne to be a professional and responsive company both through installation and maintenance issues. I am happy to recommend them.

Repair staff was friendly and efficient. He explained the problem and had the system working again in a half hour or so. SolarOne has been super to work with since our installation 8 years ago.

SolarOne installed our 60+ solar panel system 3 years ago. Has been operating perfectly until two months ago when a micro inverter on one of the panels stopped reporting (i.e. no solar power from this panel). I requested a service call from SolarOne on Friday, by the following Wednesday Trevor was at my house for the service call. He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes, had the replacement part in his truck, and repaired it immediately. The entire service call and parts replacement was no charge with my annual SolarOne service contract. Super good service and very competent technicians. Thanks Trevor!

I have used SolarOne for both my home and business - they go above and beyond. We faced some odd city requirements due to our zoning and SolarOne tackled the issues quickly and efficiently. They kept us up-to-date on progress and were on it. Can’t recommend enough!

I used Solar One for my initial installation and recently added panels to my array. These folks are super professional, responsive, and trustworthy. I've been very pleased with the reduction of my energy costs and the ease of tracking system performance in the app. Shoutout to Austin who responds to emails faster than any contractor I've ever worked with.
I fully endorse this business; you won't regret working with them!

Thank you for a great job. Had panels cleaned and mesh placed around solar panels as we have had birds nesting under them.

Had no idea how dirty the panels were, and thank you for not leaving any mess behind after putting up the mesh to keep the birds out.We are very pleased, thank you

From Stephanie in the office to Trevor your technician, it was an absolutely incredible experience!
Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. You guys are amazing!
THANK YOU!!

Knowledgeable, reliable and responsive, and they are selling good product. Can't ask for much more.

When they installed, they did an excellent job. I've had this system for a few years now and everything they did was excellent. Including service! Thank you for an excellent job

I highly recommend Brandon and his crew, they are fantastic to work with. They are professional, detail oriented and delivered on every promise. From the panel installers, to electricians and painters each person cared about making sure everything was done correctly. Thank you!

Brandon & the entire crew were great . This was a four step process. Everything was explained, crews arrived on time, cleanup was great. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent job on removing and re-installing my solar panels for my new roof installation. They had excellent communication, fair prices and high quality work. The entire process was seamless & smooth. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve just had a ground mount solar system installed utilizing existing electrical conduit, wiring, box disconnects from an off grid system used for past 25 years: time for an upgrade! Solar One was the only solar company who said they could install a ground mount array, utilize my existing electric, and delivered (I did not want panels roof mounted). The install was only delayed a bit by weather but every step was communicated clearly by everyone on Brandon’s team, and they were on time, friendly, professional and meticulous for each step. I had to be out of town for the final thumbs up from APS and that was communicated and handled just as seamlessly. I would give them 10 stars across the board for not only a professional top notch job but delivering such a beautiful ground mounted array with performance to match! Thank you Brandon, Austin, Stephanie, Steve Mike and Trevor.

SolarOne installed our panels a year ago and we have been extremely happy with their workmanship. Brandon is very responsive to questions and requests. Kory and the entire team were very professional and did a quality job - taking care of every step in the approvals and installation phases. We recommend SolarOne highly.

After months of Solar Salespeople knocking on my door and trying to sell me on extremely fishy systems and prices, some close friends of mine recommend SolarOne and they knocked it out of the park, they offered much higher quality solar panels then any of their competitors, all my neighbors who fell for the door to door solar people are now jealous, because my system is for more advanced, extremely stylish panels, micro inverters, extremely clean installation, they even went the extra step and installed bird/animal mesh. I feel extremely happy that I waited until I found a company I trusted and I feel I really got my moneys worth!
