Solar One is a great company to work with. When I had my solar panels installed 5 yrs ago, they did not recommend a battery at that time. They said that the technology was not there yet. So, when they recommended the Tesla 3 battery, I trusted them. Came off without a problem.

Solar One was referred to me by my brother, and the Personnel are top notch, efficient, likable, and trustworthy. I purchased my system with the Tesla back-up battery for power outages. My payments per month are locked in, and less than my electric bill, which has only risen by leaps and bounds over the past year, and, I believe that trend will continue.
I'm so glad I made the call to Solar One. The process of permits, etc...is all handled by them with easy e-sign documents.

The technician Trevor did an excellent job in explaining all of the details of our solar panels and also explaining the new batteries that are hitting the market where we can basically run our house for days if not up to two weeks if the power goes out! Very helpful and informative!

Installation crew was punctual, courteous, and friendly. Job was done efficiently and with high quality. No disruption to the grounds or house. Clean up was thorough. In fact, the only sign that the crew was here were some footprints in the gravel and a roof full of shiny, new solar panels!

We wanted to put solar on our new home. I looked at many different solar companies, but SolarOne stood out above all the others. Austin was very knowledgeable and explained everything about the size of system that we would need. Dani and Stephany were very helpful with coordinating the installation schedule and setting our system up with APS. The whole system looks and works great!

I called Solar One for help when my solar went down. I have owned the home 2 years and had no idea who to call. The woman in the office was very helpful and friendly and I signed up for their monthly maintenance program.
Trevor came today to assess the problem. He was also very friendly... and knowledgeable. After 30 minutes he had me up and running again.

A couple small glitches, but overall all was good. Out of a rating 1 to 10 they rate a 9.375. Happy here. APS is a bit slow.

SolarOne has been great to work with. Very transparent with cost, warranty, etc. They have been very responsive to all my communication and have great customer service. The whole installation process and planning did take a while due partially to a busy end of year for them but I would say it was worth the wait. Probably took about 4 months from the initial phone call to turning on the power. Some of that was outside of their control such as HOA approval and APS approval. Great team and I would highly recommend them.

SolarOne installed our 60+ solar panel system 3 years ago. Has been operating perfectly until two months ago when a micro inverter on one of the panels stopped reporting (i.e. no solar power from this panel). I requested a service call from SolarOne on Friday, by the following Wednesday Trevor was at my house for the service call. He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes, had the replacement part in his truck, and repaired it immediately. The entire service call and parts replacement was no charge with my annual SolarOne service contract. Super good service and very competent technicians. Thanks Trevor!

I’ve just had a ground mount solar system installed utilizing existing electrical conduit, wiring, box disconnects from an off grid system used for past 25 years: time for an upgrade! Solar One was the only solar company who said they could install a ground mount array, utilize my existing electric, and delivered (I did not want panels roof mounted). The install was only delayed a bit by weather but every step was communicated clearly by everyone on Brandon’s team, and they were on time, friendly, professional and meticulous for each step. I had to be out of town for the final thumbs up from APS and that was communicated and handled just as seamlessly. I would give them 10 stars across the board for not only a professional top notch job but delivering such a beautiful ground mounted array with performance to match! After months of Solar Salespeople knocking on my door and trying to sell me on extremely fishy systems and prices, some close friends of mine recommend SolarOne and they knocked it out of the park, they offered much higher quality solar panels then any of their competitors, all my neighbors who fell for the door to door solar people are now jealous, because my system is for more advanced, extremely stylish panels, micro inverters, extremely clean installation, they even went the extra step and installed bird/animal mesh. I feel extremely happy that I waited until I found a company I trusted and I feel I really got my moneys worth!

Brandon and team did a super job with our solar system rom sale through installation and operation. I would say their follow-up, answering questions, responsiveness, and professionalism were outstanding. Additionally their detail to ensure the finishing work matches our house was also outstanding. Solar One is a great local company. In 2012 we had a 12kw system installed and it was performing well. In 2019-2020 we added 4 kw more. These newer panels really perform well. Our 3900 sq ft home electric bill this 10/2023 is $10.95. We are very pleased. Charlie

I can’t say enough positive things about Solar One. From the installation in 2015 to the recent removal and replacement of the panels due to a roof replacement, they have been professional and courteous. Any questions I’ve had over the years have been quickly answered. The crew that removed and replaced the panels recently, were exceptionally courteous and went beyond my expectations. They assisted me with an unrelated repair without being asked. When I asked if they washed the panels before reinstallation, they indicated that they did not. However, after the panels are reinstalled, they washed them. They were very friendly and very efficient. I would highly recommend Solar One to anyone.

It took a little while to order the panels but once they arrived, they installed them in a day (replacing some panels and inverters that had issues) and had it working immediately. Now fully commissioned and working smoothly. Very impressed with the professionalism of all of the staff and appreciate them answering my questions so completely. Deciding now if I want to increase my battery storage and be able to handle longer power outages. Highly recommended
