I’ve just had a ground mount solar system installed utilizing existing electrical conduit, wiring, box disconnects from an off grid system used for past 25 years: time for an upgrade! Solar One was the only solar company who said they could install a ground mount array, utilize my existing electric, and delivered (I did not want panels roof mounted). The install was only delayed a bit by weather but every step was communicated clearly by everyone on Brandon’s team, and they were on time, friendly, professional and meticulous for each step. I had to be out of town for the final thumbs up from APS and that was communicated and handled just as seamlessly. I would give them 10 stars across the board for not only a professional top notch job but delivering such a beautiful ground mounted array with performance to match! After months of Solar Salespeople knocking on my door and trying to sell me on extremely fishy systems and prices, some close friends of mine recommend SolarOne and they knocked it out of the park, they offered much higher quality solar panels then any of their competitors, all my neighbors who fell for the door to door solar people are now jealous, because my system is for more advanced, extremely stylish panels, micro inverters, extremely clean installation, they even went the extra step and installed bird/animal mesh. I feel extremely happy that I waited until I found a company I trusted and I feel I really got my moneys worth!

Brandon and team did a super job with our solar system rom sale through installation and operation. I would say their follow-up, answering questions, responsiveness, and professionalism were outstanding. Additionally their detail to ensure the finishing work matches our house was also outstanding. I would highly recommend them and if I were doing this on another home I would go with the without hesitation. They are good people !

Solar One is a great local company. In 2012 we had a 12kw system installed and it was performing well. In 2019-2020 we added 4 kw more. These newer panels really perform well. Our 3900 sq ft home electric bill this 10/2023 is $10.95. We are very pleased. Charlie

I can’t say enough positive things about Solar One. From the installation in 2015 to the recent removal and replacement of the panels due to a roof replacement, they have been professional and courteous. Any questions I’ve had over the years have been quickly answered. The crew that removed and replaced the panels recently, were exceptionally courteous and went beyond my expectations. They assisted me with an unrelated repair without being asked. When I asked if they washed the panels before reinstallation, they indicated that they did not. However, after the panels are reinstalled, they washed them. They were very friendly and very efficient. I would highly recommend Solar One to anyone.

It took a little while to order the panels but once they arrived, they installed them in a day (replacing some panels and inverters that had issues) and had it working immediately. Now fully commissioned and working smoothly. Very impressed with the professionalism of all of the staff and appreciate them answering my questions so completely. Deciding now if I want to increase my battery storage and be able to handle longer power outages. Highly recommended

Our system was activated just today and the monitoring app shows it is producing exactly per design. Wiring goes through crawl space so it is not visible. Electrical boxes were painted to match house. They installed a 240V outlet in garage for charging our EV. First class company. Competent & through employees who are pleasant to talk to.

Add to that the cost was almost HALF of what we were quoted by PHX companies! And its smart to have a local company nearby if service is required. From the estimate phase to project completion, SolarOne was a pleasure to work with. The owner was exceptionally responsive to all of my questions (and I asked a LOT) and supplied answers in a way that a "non-solar" person could understand. We signed our agreement late in the year and received a verbal commitment from the staff to get our system installed and operational before the tax deadline. SolarOne staff delivered on all verbal and written promises. The office staff is AMAZING and knowledgeable, just like the installation staff, electrician, and everyone else. Solar One recommendation I moved to Prescott Valley in June of 2020. I had never had solar before but I wanted to evaluate solar. My next store neighbor had purchased from Solar One and he recommended them. I obtained three quotes for a solar system. Each quote was detailed and the companies were professional and thorough. Brandon at Solar One impressed me immediately and presented all of the information in a detailed, easy to understand format. In addition, his pricing and financing were the best of the three quotes. SolarOne did a wonderful job installing our solar. They were more than willing to correct a mistake and make good on the proper installation. I would definitely recommend them. We love our solar. I can wash and dry clothes anytime of the day, run my dishwasher and oven whenever I need them. I can also feel free to run my AC in my trailer when I'm out there cleaning. I had a couple months free electricity at the end of the year.

We had our Solar switched on yesterday, and we have only high praise for the guys at SolarOne for being a joy to work with from start to finish. Their team was prompt, professional, kind, and courteous. Their sales guy Travis was NOT PUSHY, unlike most of the sales people. We entertained 5 bids from 5 companies, and there's was not only the lowest, but also the most kw/dollar. They shared my vision, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Their installation was quick and clean, and their on staff electrician responsible for rewiring our panel went way above and beyond, rewiring things the proper way and correcting another company's mistakes! All in all, I would say this team was a pleasure to work with. If we upgrade or add any batteries, I wont give a second thought to it: these are our guys!

I recently purchased a home with a solar system installed by another local company but had never owned a home with one before. I was totally in the dark, I knew nothing about how they worked or what to expect.
